Tucked away in Island Harbour, you'll find a charming, colorful, delicious, inn and cafe... the Arawak, run by two delightful Brits who escaped the rain and gloom of England!
At this hotel there are many options... Our favorite is eating pizza in their restaurant. When you get hungry, that pizza is mouth-wateringly good, cheap, and not to be missed!

You can also go down to the beach, which is just seconds away, or swim in their elegant fresh-water pool.
The Arawak is located on the Eastern end of Anguilla, which definitely has its advantages.
There are lots of exciting,
wild beaches (great for walking/exploring). Windward Point is the best example... perfect for hikes!
So, if a beach front paradise with delicious food right downstairs, all for a good price, is your idea of a perfect vacation, then look no further than the Arawak Inn!
Sitting nice and easy on Crocus Hill, you'll find the very first Anguilla hotel... Lloyd's Guest House!
This cute, little inn is not on the beach. But it does offer great views/vistas over the countryside. Like the Arawak, they have their own restaurant as well.
As you can see, when you're here, you're family! Everyone eats together and knows each other... that's the friendly atmosphere of this hotel.
Lloyd's other special advantage (besides the kindness of it all)? It is so close to the
Valley, Crocus Bay and superb snorkeling!
Does all this sound appealing? Lloyd's is one of the least expensive and most friendly of all hotels.

This hotel is certainly the prettiest hotel in all of Anguilla and run by the sweetest man.
Unfortunately, this is one of those on-again, off-again hotels.

A resort listed as a "cheap hotel"?
This senationally situated resort has had severe financial problems. It has passed from one organization's hands to another.
The shame of it is that it has a sensational
location, beautiful facilities and pretty little bungalows on the cliff edge overlooking my personal favorite beach.
Anyway, new management has been running some excellent special prices. Be sure to ask your travel agent.
